Xbox gift card credit is different from a game or subscription code. Compare the region and currency on the product page with your Microsoft account. Gift card balance cannot be converted to a different currency or transferred to another account.
Redeem on your Microsoft account
Review the account address and the item to be activated before confirming.
- Open redeem.microsoft.com and sign in to the correct account.
- Enter or paste the code.
- Follow the prompts and check the result in your account.
Read any subscription requirements
A subscription may have conditions concerning new users, an existing plan or renewal, in addition to its duration. Read the product description before buying. For a region or already-redeemed error, provide the error text and order number to support.
