Balance Terms of Use

TRY and USDT balances are maintained separately and may be used only to purchase eligible products offered on BK Digital. A user balance cannot be transferred to another user and may not be used for money transfers or investment purposes.

Top-up and verification

TRY bank transfer/FAST notifications are credited after the bank transaction and sender details have been verified. Other methods are enabled only where they can lawfully and contractually be offered to the relevant user and region.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are returned to the payment method or the relevant wallet, taking into account the source and currency of the transaction. The site balance is not electronic money or a bank account.
