How Does Activation Work?

After placing your order, simply provide the Organization ID associated with your Claude account.

Once the required checks are completed, activation will be processed for eligible accounts.

To find your Organization ID:

Claude → Profile Photo → Settings → Account Settings → Organization ID

Copy the Organization ID displayed there and submit it with your order.

⚠️ Requirements Before Purchase

To ensure successful activation, your account must meet all of the following requirements:

* Your current plan must be Free.
* There must be no active Claude subscription.
* The Organization ID must not be blocked or restricted.
* There must be no overdue payments, outstanding balances, or pending invoices.
* The account must not be a member of or associated with another Team.
* All saved payment methods must be removed before activation.
* The provided ID must belong to a personal workspace.
* Do not provide a Team ID.
* The Organization ID must be correct and complete.

Important Warning

Activation cannot be completed for Organization IDs associated with a Team. Please make sure the ID you provide belongs to your personal workspace.

All saved payment methods must be removed before activation. If this requirement is not met, the activation may appear successful while your account remains on the Free plan.

Refunds and after-sales support are not provided for issues caused by an incorrect Organization ID, a Team ID, or an account that does not meet the requirements stated above.

Support & Warranty

Activation support is provided for orders that meet all requirements. If you experience an issue during activation, you can contact us through your order.

Once activation has been successfully completed, subsequent account usage is the buyer’s responsibility. Restrictions or suspensions caused by third-party software, unusual account activity, frequent IP/country changes, automation tools, or violations of the platform’s rules are not covered by the warranty.
