Personal Data Information Notice

The data controller BESİM KOŞUMCU; may process identity, contact, transaction, financial, customer-service, security and technical-log data for membership, orders, payment/balance notifications, delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal compliance.

Purposes and legal grounds

Data is processed where necessary for contract formation/performance, compliance with legal obligations, establishment/exercise/protection of rights, and legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights. Marketing and non-essential cookie processing requiring consent are managed separately.

Data sharing

Data may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with banks and contracted payment providers, supply/delivery providers, hosting and email infrastructure providers, accountants and competent public authorities. Payment-card details are not stored on the website and are processed by the contracted payment provider.

Collection and retention

Data is collected electronically through membership and order forms, support messages, payment-provider notifications, security logs and cookies, and is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the processing purpose and applicable retention period end.
