Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
This agreement is concluded between the seller/provider identified below and the consumer who confirms the order electronically, subject to applicable Turkish consumer and distance-sales legislation.
2. Subject of the agreement and order information
The agreement covers the electronic supply of the digital product or service shown on the cart and payment-confirmation screen, including its name, quantity, essential characteristics, currency and total price including taxes. Order-specific information forms an integral part of this agreement.
3. Payment and delivery
Payment is accepted only through the methods explicitly offered on the website. Ödeme onayından sonra ürün sayfasında belirtilen süre içinde elektronik ortamda teslim edilir. A delivered code, link or account-related delivery information may be displayed in the user’s Orders area. The user must not share delivery information with third parties.
4. Right of withdrawal and digital delivery
As a rule, the consumer has a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. For services performed immediately in electronic form and intangible digital goods delivered immediately, a statutory exception may apply where the legal conditions are met and performance begins with the consumer’s prior express consent. This does not remove mandatory rights relating to non-delivery, defective or incomplete delivery.
5. Cancellation, refunds and disputes
Requests made before delivery starts, as well as claims concerning defective or undelivered products, are reviewed through support requests or support@besimkosumcu.com. Approved refunds are made to the payment method or the relevant currency wallet in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider rules. Consumers may use the competent consumer dispute bodies and courts available under Turkish law.
6. Records and evidence
Order, delivery, agreement-confirmation, support and payment records may be retained for the periods required by law for contract formation and performance, security and compliance obligations.
