Match the card to the account region
A PlayStation Store voucher must match your account’s region. The account region is set at creation and cannot be changed afterwards. Check the card’s country before purchasing; redeemed funds cannot be moved to another account.
Redeem through a browser
Make sure you are signed in to the intended PlayStation account first.
- Open PlayStation Store and select your profile.
- Choose Redeem Code.
- Enter the 12-character voucher, continue and review the displayed details.
Wallet cards and subscription codes differ
A wallet card adds account credit; it does not automatically start a particular subscription. Some subscription vouchers require a valid payment method. If redemption fails, check the code, region and transaction history, then contact support with your order number.
