Choose the correct wallet and PIN type
Compare the product’s country and currency with your Razer Gold wallet. A Razer Gold PIN differs from a Razer Gift Card; choose the matching code type on the reload page. Razer Gold does not support changing a wallet’s region or transferring funds between wallets.
Reload your wallet with a Razer Gold PIN
Check that you are signed in to the correct Razer account first.
- Sign in at gold.razer.com and select Reload.
- Choose Razer Gold PIN as the payment or code type.
- Enter the PIN, not the serial number. Continue and check the result in Account Summary.
Buying a PIN differs from topping up a game
Buying a PIN does not automatically add credit to a particular game account. Check whether the product provides a wallet reload or a direct game top-up. If the reload fails, contact support with the error message and your order number.
