Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. For services performed instantly or intangible goods delivered instantly, the statutory exception may apply only when the legal conditions are met and performance starts with the consumer’s express prior consent. This does not remove statutory rights for products that are not delivered, incomplete or defective.
Refund requests for unused balance are reviewed according to the payment source, verification and legal obligations. Approved refunds are generally returned to the originating account or payment instrument in the same currency.
If a product is not delivered, is incomplete or defective, or has a technical issue, you can open a support ticket. Following review, re-delivery, replacement, refund or another remedy required by law may be applied.
